Lync for mac 2010

We have a Lync deployment and a number of lync users are using MACs download ms project 2010 for mac their preferred business platform. Mac have our Lync environment integrated with our Polycom Conferencing solution so 2010 can use the Lync client to access conference rooms. For this to work, we need the dialpad, which unless you have Enterprise Voice setting rather than the standard PC to PC setting in the users Lync profile, the dialpad will just not appear. This is not a problem for the windows client.
